This year six Nottinghamshire bands are battling it out to bag them selves a place to open Splendor festival 2015! 

Splendor festival is one of the main events in many nottingham teens calendars and this year one of nottinghamshires own bands are to open it!

After winning round one, indie five-piece Suspect Alibi and jazz inspired Cheshire & The Cat made it straight through to the final on Sunday, June 14 and will be joined by the next top four in front of a live audience and panel of local industry judges. 

The final is a free gig for anyone over 14, and the public vote will contribute to the winner! 

Who will open Splendor this year? Who knows!
